• Do I have to pay anything now?

    No. We don’t require a deposit, and you don’t pay anything upfront. Payment is due on the day of your move, once we arrive and get started.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes — we’re fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind, and we’re happy to provide our license/insurance details upon request.

  • What happens if something gets damaged?

    We take every precaution to protect your home and belongings. If something is damaged, let us know right away so we can document it and work toward a fair resolution. We’re insured, and we’ll guide you through the next steps as quickly as possible.

  • Is my price guaranteed, or can it change on move day?

    For local moves we offer the hourly rate by default, so if the time increases so will the cost.


    We can offer you a flat rate if you would like to sumbit your inventory. In this case, if your move takes longer than expected you pay nothing more.
